A Time for Mud and Mushrooms

First off Sorry if duplicate. Only other threads I found on search for this was on Public Test Server:

Appears this Quest is having issues.. I am at the end part of the quest and being directed to "Talk to Josajeh" except she is not visible. Her Marker is showing in Ceporah Tower. There are also a lot of people standing around here I assume waiting for her character to possibly Spawn in.. We won't even get into the local Chat comments..

I am on XBOX North America. This is what I have tried so far:

1. Travelled to another part of the world and back - no Fix.
2. Restarted the Game -No Fix
3. Shutdown XBOX completely and unplugged for 30 seconds - No Fix
4. I have completed a different Quest unrelated and came back - No Fix.

Basically this skill line is stuck for now.. Also, this is a new Character Created within the last week.

Can you abandon the quest and do it over? Probably not what you want to hear, but it should fix the problem.

Hi @Rzebco! One of our QA folks just logged into Xbox-NA to check if Josajeh is there, and he does see a version of the zone where the NPC you mentioned is indeed missing (and another where she's there). We're investigating where she disappeared to in that one version of the zone. Please stand by!

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom - Any chance you can have them log in to Cyrodiil tonight around 9pm EST on the same server?

Some bar swaps and the casting of basic abilities are missing from that zone.

@xWarbrain - we're digging into these reports, thank you. We've been tracking some of this since Update 25, particularly CC break not firing off when activated. Are you seeing anything new as of today's patch on PC/Mac?

Nope, I'm still playing in the past... This was in regards to the Xbox NA server, Kaal campaign during peak hours.

I've never seen anyone with that "Z" box over their name like the loading screen says, just want to make sure someone saw what we were dealing with on our server.

I'll let you know if anything changes when we get access to Update 25!

Thank you, yes please do. Improvements to long load screens and general performance, and a smaller overall file size, is the expected result of the work that's requiring the redownload/big patch with Update 25.
