FPS Drops/Stutters U24/U25 Feedback

Dear @ZOS_GinaBruno ,

I have Asus ROG Strix GL702VSK laptop with 32GB RAM and 8GB GTX1070.

U24
I have had problems until U24 usually after changing between 3 or 4 zones (like while carrying daily pledges then goto Sunspire, etc.) game doesn't show any indicators like excessive memory or CPU usage, but it starts suffering at 1-3 FPS rates during intense combat. But there is no problem while standing in City. So you don't really understand until you teleport into 4 or 12-players activity. And it won't get better unless you restart your Client or machine.

I did clean Windows installation, thought it might be related to that, also note that I'm playing AAA+ games for long hours without interruption, but no; it is only ESO.

U25
First 2-3 days were good; perfectly good. I was enjoying every moment. But after a week, it started getting worse than the previous patch. Yesterday at vMoL ... 1-FPS, I really started thinking uninstalling this game first time. It has so many bugs to be fixed but keeps repeating at every patch. When Rakkhat combat initiated it is okay, when it teleports to 1st pad, my FPS is literally 1-3 and goes that way. If I restart the client, the whole team will lose time. If I don't, I literally can't play. Restartingevery 1.5 hours also meaningless because you can't estimate what is causing this case. And after all, it isn't vMoL specific that basically happening in all contents after some time & frequent zone changing.

Even if I start the game and spend an hour in Deshaan for example; then teleport to somewhere it'll stutter again. As long as the game is working, something in the game keeps caching somethings & when reaching a certain point, it creates pressure on GPU.

....
If devs can't solve it, at least provide us with a temporary solution like deleting some cache files, etc. regularly?
What files ESO is deleting or re-caching after each PC restart? We can manually delete them every 1 hour?

Regards,

    what settings are you running?
turning off several things in the settings menu will imporve your FPS
run at either High or Medium Texture
    Always run Full screen
    turn off reflections
    turn off shadows
    turn off
    Bloom
    Depth of field
    Distortion
    Sunlight Rays
    Grass & Additional Ally Effects

also in your Nvidia 3D settings lower them to performance

Hi Alien, I'm running ESO fully stripped from any graphical luxury and only with few necessary add-ons as this game seems more demanding than any other known AAA games. Thank you for the suggestion.

My machine is able to run this game around 120 FPS when freshly started, after some time as I mentioned above; it starts stuttering. That's the reason pushed me considering like "if there's a file caching like shaders, etc." flattening over the time that ends up pressuring GPU.

not sure if this will help you, but after i made a few changes and removed the FPS cap in the user settings i comfortably sit at around 160fps (drops to around 100 in trials/dungeons)
