Reduce brightness of Templar abilities?

Does anyone know of a method - add-on, config-file change, etc. - to reduce the brightness (or alter the color / hue) of Templar abilities? I find them too bright.

    OK, thanks. Figured I'd ask. Some have told me that "shaders" might be the way to go, so I'm looking into that.
