Suggestion for SKOOMA!

Allow alchemists to make SKOOMA! drinking/smoking skooma causes you to run much faster like other elder scrolls games but also causes hallucinations and random things such as inverted controls to happen! using skooma is a criminal act and if arrested by a guard any skooma you have will be taken- assumedly so the guards can get high.

Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

That would be awesome. One of the most fun and sickening things I loved in WOW was being able to see the effects of drinking in-game. Trying to fly a dragon while drunk was hilarious.

Great suggestion m8! I would like to suggest that Argonians should also have the option to become Slavec of Dummer characters.

I would love that but I am concerned this will never make it into the game because substance abuse would probably give ESO a higher age rating in certain countries...

My idea for these substances would be that they get you "high" at first, and buff your stats or whatever - different effects for different substances, but then you get withdrawals during your down time.
It could look something like this: Increases your crit chance by 20% for 20 seconds, after which you get minus 20% crit chance for 30 seconds. It would/should also share cooldowns with potions so it doesn't raise the dps ceiling.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.
