Guilds: applications auto-accept option

Guild finder is a nice feature and makes the life easier for both: players who looks for a guild and guild masters. I assume there are several guilds, which read through every application, get it to the guild’s board and make a decision based on voting. But in majority the guild
managers just accept all incoming applications when they log in. So why make people wait? Could ZOS please consider implementing auto-accept option for applications? Thanks!

Guilds that auto-accept people without doubt are often quite.. trash. In both social and skill.

We don't need to feed that cancer culture.

I prefer to at least have a look at a user name before I accept new guild members.
People with offending @names will not be accepted, because if they seek trouble that way they'll also seek more trouble.

Super, super bad idea. It just opens up the guild to exploitative trolls. And it’s very easy for one or two ‘wrong uns’ to utterly ruin a guild.

The guilds who would use it frankly aren’t worth joining and no guild worth joining would want it.

In our guild, if you’re recommended by a guildie it’s easy to get in. If you’re a random applying to get in, you’ll be most welcome, but I am going to check you out first.

We work hard so our guildies can enjoy the game.

I can understand where this idea is coming from.
It's annoying that often when me or someone from my leadership login just to see that many applications which are pending can not be even accepted, because these people already have 5 guilds and can no longer to join in my guild until they leave one first.
Guild leaders are not online 24/7, so auto-accept could help under certain circumstances and potential applicants could join in the guild faster. Then first application they send would get priority.
Blacklist also exists, so if you know people you definitely do not want to get into your guild even by accident, you can place their names to the blacklist and the game automatically kick them out even if someone from roster would send invitation and blacklisted person would accept.
For blacklisted people guild finder application option is not even available, so that filters them out.

HOWEVER if auto-accept option would become a thing, it MUST be optional, which GM could turn on/off.
There are guilds which require certain limits/requirements to be met before guild leaders would consider accepting the application. Also for busier guilds it's only a good thing that they have a chance to read applications and put a priority on applications which were actually well written/some thought were put in them. That's excellent way to increase odds that people we accept will not turn out to be professional slackers in the roster which just would end getting kicked out one week later.

Yes, the idea is to make this OPTIONAL. Small guilds do not need this for sure. ButI doubt it is possible to have an interview with every candidate if you are running a 400+ members trade guild, where you replace 20-50 members every week.
