Where is Addon Folder?

I had to completely delete my ESO folders and redownload the whole game for the patch. Now when I'm looking through my file folders. I don't have a "Live" folder which is where the addons used to be. I have:
The Elder Scrolls Online-->depot-->_databuild
The Elder Scrolls Online-->depot-->Video
The Elder Scrolls Online-->game-->client
The Elder Scrolls Online-->vo_en-->_databuild
The Elder Scrolls Online-->vo_soundets-->_databuild
I've looked through all those pathways and haven't seen an addon folder, but when I log into the game, some of my addons are working. Anyone know what's going on or where to find it?
