Since the new patch was released i've been affected by a bug.
I cannot join any group. I cannot invite anyone or accept a group invite.
I link the video to show you the problem and i hope you guys can help me because the ZOS customere service is not able to do it.

Titain✭✭✭I have question? is he same faction as you? he was not in Cryodiil looks like clock work city to me? has he set the same campaign as you? 3 things same faction, same campaign, must already be in the campaign in cryodiil. after checking that, then file a ticket.

Titain✭✭✭Is no problem, but do know,
you can not group with some who is already In cryodiil.
being he was in Cryodiil in video.
Also the campaigns refreshed with the patch.
meaning new home campaigns needed to be set, and they need be same one.
The video may of been more convincing should they both be in same place, and not able to group.
but not with one in Cryodiil, and the other in Clock work City.
