Healer : Hiti's set, though ?

The radius is larger than the 8 meter radius of healing springs. I'd estimate it at 10 meters.

Other than "heals" I have tested these things that proc it.
    Red Diamond
    Battle Roar
    Potions

I am fairly certain that it also procs from Regenerating Health. I have a set on my tank and I was letting some PVE mobs smack me and it procced. I'm sure that Critical Leech and Resilient should proc it as well. I meant to test Resourceful on my Argonian tank, but didn't have a non-health restoring potion to test it out with.

Given that it's an unnamed buff I do not see why the cost reduction wouldn't stack with other sets being used. The heal should definitely stack.

Like someone else said, it's not a top performer, but it's not trash either. It's niche.

. I think I'll keep the set in my Warden's inventory, it's an interesting option to have in reserve. That coincidental second set I think I'll toss at my Sorcerer or (retired) Nightblade, but my Templar and Necromancer simply don't have inventory space to add something this niche to their 'on demand' set collections.

This is a real pain point thing, when inventory management gets in the way of being able to experiment with new sets.

So many of my characters don’t have the 50 odd spare slots needed to loot their way through 3 pledge dungeons without doing selling/banking halfway through. They’re increasingly not going to even bother experimenting with new sets.

Honestly, I had to explicitly clear out some inventory space not too long ago, because I've been at that point, but that seriously gets in the way of having fun. If I hadn't done that, I may have dismissed the set offhand rather than collecting it to play. Hell, I may have not even run the dungeons in the first place for being unable to actually loot anything. Despite max bags/bank slots/house boxes, I still frequently need to clear out things with prejudice just to keep playing the game at all.

If a player procs the aura and then moves, does the aura follow the player around? Or does it remain at the location at which it initially proced?

The aura is centered on the healer, and moves around with them.

In general, it seems to be a useful set for healers in dungeons - maybe not BiS, esp. if you're off-dd'ing, but useful.

In comparison to Sanctuary, the radius seems to be a bit larger, but most importantly: It tells you exactly where its effect is.
I have seen sooo many healers in dungeons who had their green bubbles around them but stayed at a distance where the Sanctuary effect would've hit only a few group members, if any. The very small radius of Sanctuary is something that many people seem to overlook, and you can't see it so you have no idea whether it's affecting other players, other than purely experience.

Then seems legit to change sanct for this set.

    It's 12m
And the tooltips on me said 1475hp/sec, pretty good.

Can it stack with other people using the same set ? Healing & Sprint, Block, and Roll Dodge 5% cost reductions ?

After seeing the set in action in trials:
Yes, it's nice for more casual raids at least. But by all the Divines, are the graphics obnoxiously in-your-face. It looks kind of faint in the screenshot above but that's an illusion, esp. in a dark environment.
But then, "obnoxious" seems to be what they tried to achieve with the Harrowstorm sets. Aegis Caller is also nice in many situations but very flashy in an over-the-top way. I will certainly not use it in dungeons (even on trash mobs) because the effect is so annoying and ostentatious.

I use it in one of my healers and everybody likes the effect XD.
Today I've been in Icereach vet and before the tank left I saw Aegis and y.es..it is quite intrusive but its cool too 😃
