DLC and paid items transfers

Ok so I put hundreds of hours into the game on xbox and spent hundreds of pounds but now that my xbox broke and I'm on pc I would like to see if I could get back my banker and merchant along with my house, I'm not asking to see if its possible to get my character transferred but the stuff I paid for. 3 items alone cost me £100 (I think cant remember lol) that's all I want is there a way i could find out about this?


(Even if they deleted my xbox account/characters I dont care aslong as I got my 3 paid items)

ZOS does not grant console transfers of any assets to PC, sorry ...

Be glad you only have one character ... a great many console players have 18 characters or more.

Put a ticket in with Customer Support, and make sure you reply to the first response ticket you get even if it doesn't make any sense. Just reply with "Your response didn't address my issue. My issue is...." and give them the real issue. You have 92 hours to reply to the bot response you get before they auto close your ticket.

So it's a thank you for your money now p*as off. It's sad to see a game that has the power and easy done be brushed off.

Now that you know how to make a lot of gold (you do, right?) just get them gifted to you. Don't need to pay ZOS a dime and you can help all those people sitting on piles of Crowns twiddling their thumbs because they don't want Crown Crates or any current offerings.
And it's totally legit -- gifting for gold is sanctioned by ZOS though in a buyer-beware hand-off sort of way.

If you have those 10k+ crown houses though... that's another story.

Oh I have 8 characters btw champ 600 so it's not like I'm not missing alot because I am I just want the merchant banker and my house that I paid for I'm more than happy to restart on pc which I've started to do

I can't guarantee you'll get anything other than what the others said, but at least you can try. Good luck! Oh, and in case the second, third, fourth responses ALSO don't make sense, just keep replying and copypasta your original statement of the problem.

I got a response and they said they will pass this along to their specialized team for it so i just have to wait and see if they can

According to TOS you don't even own stuff you buy, just getting access on them as rental service.

Tough luck but that is how industry is.

Given that items and DLC bought with Crowns don't even transfer from NA to EU or vice versa on the same platform, I'd be very surprised if ZOS is willing to transfer crown-purchased items to a new platform.

Its worth asking though.

If that's the case then they have to give every console person back their things. I have a bunch of houses then i have on PC and i'd be happy to have them back. Highly unlikely cause some of us asked this same question in support.

Well, you can do it... It's just that the transfer costs about as much as the items themselves and involves buying them all again, if you know what I mean.

If ZOS did this transfer it would be the first time I've ever heard of it. They just don't do it. If done, it would set a precedent and you would have countless players contacting support for transfers.

Yes, it would be nice if the option was in place to do so, but ZOS has been clear from the start that this will not happen.
