Arrow Barrage Broken?

I'm noticing problems this patch with Arrow Barrage/Endless Hail actually landing properly. It seems to be extremely erratic and not landing at all.

I will start parsing and it will work fine for quite a few rotations.. get to about 60K and moving along happily. Then all of a sudden next rotation (maybe lets say dummy @ 70%) it will just not fire. I'll stop mashing every button and only press bar slot 1 which is where i have it.. nothing... it just light attacks instead. The addon shows the timer of Arrow Barrage ticking down, but theres no animation. It just hasn't fired. DPS then drops substantially because its missing from the rotation.

Then if I bar swap and keep going.. I will be able to fire it off on the next bar swap, but then a couple of bar swaps later and boom its gone again. I haven't been able to hit more than 63k so far because of this and that's Incredibly frustrating because I was pulling 70K before this patch and can't get close to that now with a skill that won't fire...

Same with warden shalks. Alot of times just not working, hurts dps alot.

Can anyone else confirm if its other targeted ground based abilities as well? (i.e. Caltrops, Eruption, Healing Springs... Mines... Liquid... etc...)

Same with necro graveyard. Same thing in general messed with the parse so much

I am noticing the same thing with Arrow Barrage since the latest patch. I play other classes too, most notably a necro-tank but the skill not firing is most notable on my NB. Haven't noticed anything peculiar on the tank, but the game has been buggy since the big patch, so I might have missed it in between general lag, weapon swap bugs (staff on floor) and lag issues where you do a rotation, nothing happens, and then 5 seconds later they all fire as one massive lag combo.

I have had many issues parsing this patch, I keep running into animations that just won’t complete. Game feels terrible right now. Not much else to it.

Working as intended. Just another NB nerf.

I was always hoping ZOS would reign in the out of control dps- but this is the wrong way to do it lol.

So far I've found the same issue with my necro's now, both tank and mag dps necro. Same as on my stamblade, you get ready to pop the aoe (arrow or boneyard) and it just won't fire, you can stop everything, just press the button you have it slotted on, and it just won't fire. You can only light attack. To me this doesn't feel like it is intended at all, and before the big patch I don't recall having this problem. It's fine on overland content, not so great when you are doing vet trials or dungeons where every second counts.

Sometimes it helps to activate another skill on the same bar, sometimes you can't and have to barswap back and forth to be able to cast your aoe. But the impact is very noticable and can seriously screw up your run.
