Magic Recovery - Not getting the #s.

On multi chars, MagRecovery isn't working. 3600 magrecovery is only get around 1700-2100 a tick, sometimes no tick at all.

I never ran out of mag playing on this char. now I can hardly keep the pool up.

You got me curious, so I logged in with one of my PCEU alts who has a staggering 6419 magicka recovery, just to check this out.

But no. Recovery seems to be working as it should - although I don't have the numbers display enabled, on this character I can easily tell if my mag recovery is unusually low (ie. when buff food runs out), yet I noticed no such thing.

both stamina and magicka recovery is not working correctly this patch.
there are several threads on it having Zero magicka recovery and Zero stamina recovery that started this last patch.
zenimax does not seem to know about it even though we are reporting it.
