Merciless resolve bugged since update

Now I am noticing since the update that my merciless resolve stacks are just disappearing, in battle , outside of battle, doesn't matter when. Sometimes they are fine but mostly they are just evaporating into nothing. Anyone else experiencing this?

It’s from going into cloak/stealth. You lose all your stacks when combat breaks, even if it’s just for a second.Looking for any guildies I used to play with:

Yep I even tested it on wolves, and it's there, and then it's gone seconds later. Sometimes it stays, but more often than not it does not. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse for magblade. It’s from going into cloak/stealth. You lose all your stacks when combat breaks, even if it’s just for a second.
Well that's ridiculous, we wouldn't want a nightblade to be able to attack from stealth! 🤣🤣🤣. I tested it while still in combat too. Still there.

Well that's ridiculous, we wouldn't want a nightblade to be able to attack from stealth! 🤣🤣🤣. I tested it while still in combat too. Still there.
I mean.... It's on mobs only? Then yeah... They de-aggro when you stealth because they reset so the fight ends.... If it's in PvP then yeah that's a problem.
I soloed normal Icereach on a stamblade and didn't notice this but then again, I don't need to stealth in PvE...
Unless you want to stealth kill some random mobs, at which point I'd say the game mechanics of resetting the fight overrule your desire to role-play an assassin, I've never felt it was necessary at all to stealth in PvE.0 -

I tested it on wolves to because it's a controlled environment. It happens on players too, especially in high stress situations. It's random, but always seems to happen in those moments it's most important2 -

Id say a bug because even while IN combat with players it randomly disappears.0
