Loot History option missing

The Loot History option that was under the Gameplay settings tab is missing

Yeap, I can't activate the loot history on my new char too.

UPDATE: meanwhile you can show the loot history typing

/script SetSetting(SETTING_TYPE_LOOT, LOOT_SETTING_LOOT_HISTORY, "true")

It's missing for me too, can't switch it off on new characters
