And they typically charge you to send someone out to check that the connection is working.
Find a better provider.
I have not been charged for a service call in years. All they have required is attempts to solve it or detect it remotely before sending someone out. Basically, just one phone call.

THANK YOU, someone who finally saw that dcs are not all zos fault. So many ppl blame them in ignorance
