Cannot port to house after leaving Cyrodil via collections housing page

As the title suggests the collections housing page advises I cannot travel to my house from my current location despite being in Vivec City at the time. I have not long returned from Cyrodil so wondering if there is a tie to that somehow as was fine yesterday. Can port to house from a map easily enough, just not via the primary way I choose to do so.

mauser12k✭✭✭went to my house, same issue. says i cannot port to house from this location.
Worked fine when I left primary house and into Gold Coast.
