How do I find a Nirnhoned Maul in the guild stores?

There is no icon for mauls.

All I want is to research its trait to complete black smithing. :P

Sorry - this might be obvious - but I just type “nirnhoned” in the GT search, and there are usually less than a page of items to look through.

If you play on PC you really want the addon AwesomeGuildstore, helps by giving you alot more specific search-options, once installed, head to any guildstore and the interface is self-explanatory

@fetito666 - when you open the guild store, click on weapons, two handed, at the top right of the screen once it loads are three icons: axe, hammer, sword. Mauls are under hammer (seems strange but....) If you're not on PC, things might not look like that.

Many mauls are hammers, so not that strange. (Perhaps you're thinking of the splitting maul, which is both an axe and a sledgehammer?)

Eh, splitting maul is what husband uses to make large firewood smaller to fit in the fireplace. I just tend to think a hammer is not the same as a maul. Hammer == two faces; maul == one longer bludgeon sort of thing.

Of course, I think I'm sort of a bludgeon.... and I'm not long/tall. "Though she be but little, she is fierce."

maul is considered a mace. and to make it easier to find things I highly recommend using this website.
