redownloaded and slower

so i redownloaded the game, took just aslong as the original install, and so far ive not seen these optumisations they were bragging about. the game is even slower to load now than it was yesterday before the patch. how is that possible? very dissapointed in this supposed all singing all dancing optumisation patch.

and to top it all off if i do anything other than stand still fps drops to less than 30fps bottomed out at 22

This update only helps those with potato PC and consoles nothing really changes they made no server changes at all, just compressed some files.

if thats the case then why has my performace tanked since this update? its even crashing out now.

Chuck settings. Mine got boosted to ultra (I run high) once fixed my fps holds nicely at 80 with ping at 100. Vs 40 and 140 prior to patch. Also check graphics card for update. And if you have MM turn that addons off. Atm according to my trade guild a lot if members are suffering from fps loss due to its constant scanning.
