the hooded figure failed to spawn at all, and no quest marker for it. How can I go on down to the coldharbor vacation resort for the summer if I can't find my ticket?
-edit- she spawned the 5th time I reloaded the zone but when I entered the house with the benefactor I had to interact with an empty chair to continue? lol ZoS.

Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

✭✭✭✭✭She should spawn after a period of time in you base Alliance starter city. There may be a bug. I was hoping her spawn was being delayed a bit so players could get their feet under them.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
