I agree. It's unplayable with this huge UI....
So I guess I need to learn how to play ESO with keyboard and mouse again... I just liked the relaxed position with the controller...

MattVH✭✭✭Hahaha, I just enabled it. I was used to the lowest HUD scaling because, along with ADD-ons, i was going for a minimal hud and immersive experience. Holy crap it's so bad, it's like too large even if it was scaled for a 4 inch phone XD
I was expecting something bad, or at least not my usual settings, but this is something else. This is some Freddi Fish/Putt Putt *** lmao

Cant fit half the stuff on screen that I used to have since I used the minimum scaling option now it's like 2-3x the size

There are 3 or 4 threads on this. What is dumb is they wanted to take out gamepad mode scaling which I did not use. When you turned that off, the UI on gamepad and keyboard were the same location size etc. Now gamepad mode is ridiculously huge. just make it the same scale...please. a 1440 or 4k monitor looks terrible2 -

It is a huge problem and I have not found a work around yet. Has anyone else?0 -

csorciereSoul ShrivenI spent quite a bit of time over the weekend working with Add-Ons which I really did not want to do, but they forced it. I'm using a combination of a few just to get close to what I used to have before the patch. I had to tailor everything. I am using Advance UI for the minimap and questtracker, I am using FTC and Srendarr too. Then using No Compass AddOn because the compass is so ridiculously large otherwise and NoCompass allows me to turn it off. With each AddOn, I had to go in and tailor specifics so that it would work for my screen. It isn't perfect, but I can at least spend some time with my friends now.0

steve76453Soul ShrivenI've been logging on to get daily rewards and materials since the patch but that's been it. Until they fix the scaling issue I am done. I don't understand why they even need to change the scaling from M+K to Gamepad to begin with. I've never encountered this in any other game before. The only thing I've seen changed in other games is button prompts go from keyboard buttons to gamepad buttons. Really hoping they do something about it because I love the game and what it has to offer, but if it's going to be stuck at a UI made for people with the vision of a 90yr old senior citizen, I'm canceling my plus and calling it a day.0
