My ping got worse in the last month

Previously, my average ping was 110-116 ms and about 130-145 when loading in trials and dungeons. However, after the Midyear Mayhem ivent, after the maintance, my ping in empty locations became 140+. Also, ping sometimes began to rise to 300 ms for a short time. Some of my friends players also noticed a worsening of ping over the past month. Even at the time of the event, outside Cyrodiil ofc, everything was fine with the ping.
Who else has noticed the ping worsening?
