If Blackreach is "standard" shouldn't it be first on the list? It seems ZOS considered unlocked to be the default since the alliance locked campaign isn't called "standard"?

I'm not, I only have one faction characters. I just don't understand the reasoning of "standard" being the 3rd option1 -

Ah, okay. If I recall the previous listings correctly, ZOS listed campaigns according to the ruleset first, then the names. My suspicion last time was that "Alliance Locked" comes first alphabetically. I'm still downloading, so I can't check the current listing to see if that's still valid.
