Hehe... 'off balance patch'... hehe..

Now.

Patch looks good, haven´t played on PTS, can´t wait until I get paid from work so I can renew sub. I just don´t get this part:
Off Balance is no longer consumed on targets from Heavy Attacks or abilities.

So what does this mean? I can hit them with the damage bonus again and again for 7 seconds but not stun them (because of stun immunity, thus bringing this into line with how it, I guess, works vs bosses)? Miswrite? Me misunderstanding things?

As a heavy attack lover I like it if it is the case. Gotta love the grunting and smashing. It´s like a Wimbledon women´s finals everytime I am 1v1 (no sexism intended).

im wondering if this means we also get to continuously replenish our resources with heavy attacks against them with it

Good question, I honestly don't know. Some clarification would be nice from someone who does.

No smart people out there who can interpret ZoS verbiage?

    Isnt it super obvious?

7 seconds off-balance. If you stun them one time, you cant anymore because stun immunity is also 7 seconds. And off-balance is there for 7 seconds no matter what you do. You get every bonus or anything related to off-balance during the 7 seconds. And after that 15 seconds immunity to off-balance.

How does that need a clarification?

Yes, that is obvious. Thank you.

    This part.....

    What did consume it previously?

if you heavy attacked someone with off-balance, you would stun them and they would be no longer off-balance.

Because it changes a basic game concept and just casually drops the description, while not really making sense realism-wise (if someone gets up after being knocked down because they were off balance, they should not still be off-balance when getting up, obviously). I thought it meant what I wrote above, and I am happy with it. But it is still somewhat odd.

And no, it is not 'super obvious'.

Remember this is a game where whirlwind aoes count as "single target", and stabbing someone repeatedly with a knife is not melee.

Off-balanced used to be consumed with heavy attack. This patch changes it.
