What version of Greymoor should I buy to have all of the previous one?

Hi guys! New player here. I bought ESO+ to have every DLC. I've read that if I buy Greymoor I also have Elsweyr. However, I saw on ESO's Facebook that if I buy the Greymoor update version I only have access to Greymoor and not Elsweyr. So what should I buy in order to have Elsweyr also?

The way I understand it, they're both right, because it's all a question of WHEN you'll get Elsweyr.

If you pre-order the Chapter upgrade, then you get some parts now, and some when it releases. Elsweyr will downgrade to a DLC when the new chapter releases, so your ESO+ would cover it, but you don't get it until then.

If you pre-order the full game including Elsweyr, you can start using everything that's already released right away, Which includes Elsweyr now.

Since you have ESO+, just be patient for Elsweyr, because you will get in time.

ZOS has not "officially" confirmed Elsweyr being downgraded to a DLC in June (after Greymoor releases) ... but we think there's a pretty good chance they'll follow suit from what they did with Morrowind and Summerset.

Let me provide the Elsweyr editions guide, which should help you understand the principles of the editions. They are generally the same with Greymoor. Notice the contents of the Upgrade editions vs the "full" editions:
