food buffs

is there a problem with the food buffs, my characters food buff numbers are not displaying the amounts that the food buff states, or is this yet another problem added to the enormous amount of other issues

if its the gold food then yes there is a visual bug

thanx for the reply its the artaeum fish broth, i actually sent a question to support who have just kindly closed the ticket without a proper response, top marks for their service, needless to say i re-sent it with a few choice words

Submitting a ticket gives a generic email that you're supposed to respond to with the actual issue. It's to weed out serious complaints from the not so serious.
They do not automatically close tickets. They say if you do not respond to this email by a certain time, then they will close it.

My experience with customer service has always been well. You just need to learn how it works.

I am also experiencing this issue, eat food - character sheet shows "increases health etc. by 0 points". Doesn't matter what food I eat, didn't used to be this way.
