    The connection speed does not matter, after you hit whatever bandwidth limit exists at the CDN.

    With every PC person downloading double digit gigs of ESO on the same day, my guess is that Nanfoodle will be spending more than 30 minutes downloading it, as will we all.

    Like many others, I will be at work.
    Gonna leave my launcher open and hope my internet connection plays nice. Lol...
    (I live in the Rockies and my connection has been crap).
    I will also have my add-on folders and a few others backed up. Just in case. :)

    Pondering whether a 50+gb download is worth it for a game I'm mostly just dabbling with at the moment, or if this is finally the thing that makes me move on to something else.

    (I enjoy the game, but I mostly just log in once in awhile to do some writs or the current event. Or grab the login bonus. Haven't played 'seriously' in awhile.)

    I will be back from my night shift when maintenance starts. Probably will leave launcher open, and go to sleep. After, I plan to look through 4+ gigabytes of screenshots I made while I playing eso, and remember the good times, when I made them.

    I'll do my usual Monday. Wash my hair, do chores, play on the computer, eat something, go to guild RP night in GW2. I probably won't even try to load ESO until Tuesday or Wednesday, though perhaps I will during the Monday computer play time, who knows.

    Thanks for the suggestion above about backing up addons. I've been holding off updating them until the authors have had a chance to make sure they play nice with the new code. But since the PTS has given the authors that chance, perhaps I'll update and then copy the addon folder to a backup. Good idea as a just in case!

    My son is bring the family down to Disney World today. The will arrive tonight and we will meet up with them i the AM. It will be the grands first trip. I will be spending a half day with them all for the next week.

    Oh, bless my beard! This certainly isn't reassuring... my Third World ISP has my download speed at ~475 KB/s, so overnight I've accomplished 10% of the download (and once I reach my monthly data soft cap, it'll become even slower.) So I guess I'll be having a somewhat long "vacay"... time for my annual re-reading of The Lord of the Rings, I guess!
