Yep. They've burned through my goodwill with this farce, and judging by comments from my guildies and this forum, I am not alone.

I have only gotten at most ONE Fragment in a Strongbox

One box had a fragment, all the others on EU and NA only gave me "treasures" worth 250 gold. Who designs wonderful things like this?
