[Murkmire Strongbox] trash is normal?

Day 3 strongbox that dropped with tickets. Not only did I not get a fragment, I got nothing special at all.
Are you sure the drop tables are correct?

Trash is the norm. Fragments are rare this time around.

I was lucky (?????) and got 2 fragments in the first 2 boxes of the event.
After that it was nothing but just trash.

With such chances of getting a fragment, it doesn't look like it will even be possible to get all 7 pieces for a single collectible (let alone all the pieces for both!) before the event ends - especially since the drop rate on the boxes themselves is extremely low after the 1st guaranteed drop of each day.

I had no fragment in my first, the guide for the pet in my second and then three (!) pieces of the grave stake in my third box. I am certainly not complaining about the last box, but it does seem a bit odd.
