On the other hand, buying a gold one would actually be cheaper than upgading one of lesser quality.
On the third hand, how important is goldness when the five-piece bonus is unaffected ... especially in a set that's only used by those of us who don't do trials and hence don't have access to Olorime?

Spc is superior to olorime for pvp healing small groups that move a lot

I’ve found one barring Olorime allows you much greater control on its placement. I tend to use wall of elements, and it will only proc when I use that spell. And lasting so much longer, uptime is just as good, if not better than SPC. But you do need to run the trial to get it.
that sounds exactly like my playstyle and i do like the look as well. thxRed_Feather wrote: »

It looks fantastic when worn by an Argonian. I would suggest just doing the dungeon instead though, on the day it is a pledge. It isn't that hard.

No waaaay, its so easy to throw Olorime where you need it to be, can be cast every 10 seconds and lasts 30. Just fling a trap where u know folks will be soon and behold!

However, playing many years since release, I NEVER DID GET A SPC RESTO STAFF, no matter how often I do WGT or how often I am trading in Key Fragments.
I would happily pay 1. Mio gold for a SPC RESTO instead of buying another neckless.

Just understand its second piece bonus is redundant with Combat Prayer, so if you’re near a healer who casts that (and they should, certainly in PvE), you’re wasting a set. But for solo play it can certainly be nice.
