Been searching around respawn point for 17 hours and I cannot find this guy anywhere. PC NA server

    Yep. Same here. He's nowhere near his usual route in Alik'r at the forge, or the road west of the forge. No body either. Cannot complete Litany of Blood because of this.

    was going back and forth on ticket submitted in game. and nothing; last NPC i need. this is hindering progress, it's ridiculous.

    Well, we're redownloading on the 24th. Maybe that'll fix it.

    so i just got a reply saying to uninstall addons. which i thought was ridiculous. i did, AND SURE ENOUGH HE WAS RIGHT THERE IN THE FORGE!!!!

    in conclusion, uninstall addons. all of them.
    then just reinstall.

    That's bizarre. I'll give it a go and report back.

    Edit: Yeah, unsurprisingly, disabling addons didn't work. Hopefully the re-download will fix it tomorrow.
