The drop rates for those things is frustrating at times. Some times I can run through one of the Elsweyr public dungeons and make several circuits and get a few pieces of either the mummified cat pet or the robe costume. Other times I'll do the same circuit for an hour or more and get nothing. If I manage to get a few or most of the items myself, I usually break down and buy the remaining few pieces because I get so sick of farming for them.

Annoying thing about the Summerset and Morrowind colldctibles from public dungeons is that you have to get a bunch of different pieces instead of all the same pieces like they did with Elsweyer. Can make getting certain pieces more aggravating, hence shopping for the missing pieces.

Wish bosses in these things would have a higher chance of dropping them.

I still haven't got the ones from either Summerset public dungeon. Just can't be bothered with farming or going to guild traders for them. Maybe sometime I will.

I farmed Karnwasten for days on end, going around in circles and killing each boss three or four times each visit. Sometimes no fragments would drop, and other times a fragment I already had would drop. Whenever one did drop, like as not it dropped from one of the trash mobs, not from one of the bosses. After days of not being able to find the two fragments I was missing, I finally bought them from guild traders.
