Sapiarch Helmets (PC-NA)

Now to start off, this is not a complaint thread, especially since I'm capitalizing on it as well.
but I'm just wondering: Why is the Sapiarch Helmets motif so expensive?
for 95% of the motifs in this game, the Chest page is the most valuable since it's the biggest and such. This is understandable. Motifs that break this trend are usually ones where certain pages are found in different areas (like Celestial, Dremora, or even Outlaw), and so to see things like Dremora Legs and Dremora Bows be mre than Dremora Chests isn't that surprising.
but with Sapiarch, all of the motifs are found in the same spot (Summerset dailies), and all of the others, including Chests, are only about 3k-15k on average.
so I'm just wondering what is the reason for this disparity. Is there something I'm missing here?
Again, I'm not complaining. I just sold one for 65k within a couple hours of listing it, so it's more just me wanting to find out why it's going for such a high price.

✭Well back then when I was new sapiarch helmet used to cost <5k but them again Summerseat at that time was relatively new also you used to get group for bosses within 5 mins even in odd hours2000 CP • 18 Maxed Characters • 6 Altmers • 7 Redguards • Necromancer Orc • Warden Dunmer • DK Nord • DK Imperial • Templar Breton0 -
Wolfchild07✭✭✭✭✭The older the content is, the higher the price of that content's motifs. Add to that the RNG, and you get things like being able to sell some pieces for 190k, as I did recently, because not many people are playing that content anymore.0
