game STILL CRASHES on Mac Catalina

Every time the game updates it crashes. I repair the launcher. I trash the whole game and start over which by the way takes HOURS. then all is well until the next time the game updates. then I have to do it all over again. Why you cant figure this out and fix it for real???? Its been over a year!
