Scammers?

I tried searching for any threads regarding scammers and I am not finding anything. Why? Every week on PS4 NA alone someone gets outed for scamming so-and-so out of 1 or 2 million gold for a skin run. What does ZoS do about it? How is it even possible that the same person does it multiple times? I'm going to post this on as many other platforms as I can if it gets removed.

Buys skins from sellers with good reputation. Most top guilds offer carry service and they won't scam anyone.

That's irrelevant. And it's not only skin runs that people get scammed on. If someone has a text chat proving a deal they made with another player and the second player just takes gold and blocks the first player, the offending account deserves to be removed from the game. That's it. It's premeditated and toxic.

ZOS has a no "name and shame" policy on the forums (and in general). They will never discuss with 3rd parties (yes, even if you are the one who wrote a report, you are still a 3rd party) let alone openly publish anything related to disciplinary actions.

I know ZOS only intervenes in scam crown - gold exchanges. And you can report that and provide proof or they will somehow get it from the logs. But I don't think they'll monitor other purchases. You just have to be careful.

Unfortunately it is a buyer beware market.

You can attempt to ticket, but you'll probably be told just that. Buyer beware.

As crappy as it is, it is relevant.

I get that Royaji. That's fine. You don't have to name anyone or any specific incident. But again, individuals are able to do this multiple times and use alts. Can ZoS just at least make a statement condemning it and letting everyone know if you do X then Y happens to your account, or something like that.

Buyer beware, ok. That really sucks. The evidence is right there too.

They can't, because, outside of specific exploits, they do not publically discuss disciplinary actions.
