The Devs have obviously never played in cyrodil

Just now I am getting bombed with by a destro bombing emp and bombed by the hammer at the same time, is this what was intended? The faction with the most players on, the most buffs, emperor and the hammer get to roll the other factions back to the gate. Cyrodil has become a zerg only 30% healbot harmony bombing ball group friendly lagfest. Much of these players are doing the same with physique zergs in the sewers as well. I suppose on the plus side for ZOS with everyone logging out of PvP it means less people notice the downgrade in server capacity after the midyear mayhem event. If the nerf hammer needs to hit anyone its large groups, bring in diminishing dynamic ulti gain so ultimates for the large groups are

Oh wait until the campaigns are unlocked. You think the zerg surfing and boosting is bad now, lol, its gonna be all over the place soon.
