What is better 1752 stamina or 129 weapon damage?

Depends on the buffs you have. By themselves though? Stamina bonus is slightly stronger.

weapon damage, it scales better. Stamina only scales up to 1.26x (1.34 if you are a sorc) Weapon damage has far more multipliers (15% from 5+ med armor, 20% from major brutality, 10% from minor brutality, 10% from continuous attack and more). This is even more the case in no cp as you lose 20% of your max stam from losing cp.
