Any time you apply a heal to a player other than yourself you apply invigorate. The potency is based upon the number of restro staff abilities slotted.
0.3 % of the heal is applied to the primary resource per restro staff ability slotted.
1% boost to the players damage dealt per restro staff ability slotted for 3 seconds.
Rational: In most 4 man content the community has questioned the importance of healers due to players being able to keep themselves alive.
This makes dedicated healers a bit more desirable because a constant source of heals from one isn’t just about survival but empowering the character.
Yes I know that through an appropriate gear selection healers can achieve much of this. This just lets healers lean into that role more heavily, making DD’s even more eager to have a healer buffing them.
With the current healing model in the game involving such potent self healing, the role of a dedicated healer should be more fundamentally about empowering the team rather than just having that as an option to build for.
