Don't queue then without full team. Just go with guild mates, and problem solved.

It's also funny how normal death match queues are significantly faster than a random queue.

Just put me in a random deathmatch for crying out loud? What's so hard about it?

Couldn’t agree more. For me right now it’s entering high MMR already lose bg cause someone rage quit or a match that already started with 2v4v4
