I think it would be better if invisibility (Shadowy Cloak) were a toggle effect
Instead of this insanity about re-casting it, think it were better as a toggle, to just take the required amount of magicka every second.

There are a great many skills in the game that require re-casting ... not just cloak.
Re-cast is an intended game mechanic so players think actively and use skill tactics to their advantage."May you walk on warm sands."

✭✭✭✭✭Toggle skills are generally a no go with ESO's two bar system. You can cast cloak from one bar and it will persist even if you happen to switch bars. With toggle skills switching your bar will cancel the skill. This is not something you want, ask sorcs about how much they love double-baring their pets. -
Bradyfjord✭✭✭✭If it costs a per second magicka cost it would be a deterrent for stalking for long periods of time. It won't end ganking, but it will change how gankers set up their combo.
And since invisibility would be a toggle, make inner light a toggle with a cost/second on it. And a morph that gives bonus dmg (10%) to those who are invisible or in stealth. -

ArchangelIsraphel✭✭✭✭✭I wouldn't want it. I rather determine where and when I cast it, rather than have something constantly detracting from magica I need for other things when I don't want it in use. Sounds more cumbersome and inconvenient than the current system to be honest. -
