Update Temporal Guard description

It currently says, “ Step backwards in time, resetting your Health, Magicka, Stamina, and position to what they were 4 seconds ago. While slotted you gain minor protection reducing your damage taken by 8%.”
What it should say to be more accurate is,” You have a 50% chance to step backwards in time, resetting your Health, Magicka, Stamina, and position to what they were 4 seconds ago. While slotted you gain minor protection, reducing your damage taken by 8%.”

50% chance to move back where you were 4 seconds ago, and in my case lately; 90% chance to root yourself, stuck in terrain for 30 seconds.

I've fought people that successfully use this ability all the time and cant figure out for the life of me how they get it to work so often

try to not to block 0.5 sec b4 u wanna use ulti and DONT block up to 1sec after

Hmm Odd as I could be blocking at times, but most of the time, its after a sprint. Wonder if it has the same effect.
