QoL Recommendation: Option to hide tabards on outfits but keep the guild name displayed.

I really like to represent my guild in Cyrodiil, hell anywhere in Tamriel....also a bit of marketing for recruits!

There's a slight problem...this:



Obviously I want the devs to focus on the important things like performance and stuff, but if yall got like maybe a day or something spare....could we get an option to hide the tabard at the outfit station so we can represent our guilds without ruining our styles? People do similar stuff with costumes already.....Thanks!

Yeah, the conflict with outift and guild tabard really disincentivizes the tabard. I mean, I always go for a barbaric look on my main, and a big fat immaculately neat tabard smack dab in the center covering it all completely destroys the look But I want to show some guild pride more than I care about fashion, so costumes it is until they do this.

Maybe they could just allow a clear color in the tabard customization. Think it would be cool say in your screenshot where all the tabbard is invisible, but you could have the Dragon icon in the middle. On second though; without it conforming to texture it would look pretty bad.

I wish we could also have a back banner or standard (kinda samurai style) to display our guild colours without messing our outfit. Or the possibility to display guild heraldry on our shields!

i love my guild names but i hate the forced tabbards.

Yes! Also:
There are precious few motifs that show under the tabard!
Daggerfall Jack is one of the only ones that will show the armor rather than a large black shirt under the tabard cloth.
It stresses me out. How can I kill kill kill looking like a mismatch mess.

After spending a few years playing solo on and off, I had finally joined a guild and wanted to represent so I bought the tabard thinking I could hide it if needed. It looks awful with my outfit.

It's weird to me that there isn't an option to toggle the guild name display without having to wear the tabard.

Add a second purchasable item of guild clothing to guild stores called "Guild Skivvies". It can be placed in same slot as the tabbard, but as it is underwear, it won't show.

Nameplate would show either tabbard or skivvies, whichever is equipped.
