    cap is 200%

    jogging 100%
    sprint 40%
    major expedition 30%
    minor expedition 10%
    medium armor 21%
    wood elf 10%
    orc 12%
    steed 10%
    swift 6%
    cp passive 2%

so, you just need major expedition

Just 1 thing to remember, any bonuses tied to sprint sometimes suck. Steed, minor, major, swift, wood elf rolls, they all increase your movement speed which is noticably more helpful especially in combat where sprinting can only go on and off between casting skills.

Don't know if that changes any of your choices, but it makes those sources more valuable to me anyway.

For example: If I was to build a toon just for max speed collecting or something like that. I'd maybe do this.
    • Light Armor Magicka build (Avoids using main resource if I need to cast skills, also provides up to -28% sprint cost reduction)
    • Steed +10%
    • Wood Elf +10%
    • Major/Minor Expedition +40%
    • 3x Swift 15-18%
    • CP 2%
    • NB + Vamp Stage 4 for +25% from concealed weapon

Thats a total of 209% with Wood Elf or 199% without. You literally don't even need to sprint and your at max movement speed, you'd also be in steath avoiding mobs and you don't need to use stamina on sprint cost.

Edit: I'm pretty sure Steed increases to 15% with divines, so Wood Elf is pointless and you don't need Gold Swift Jewelry either which is extremely expensive. That would be a total of 201% with Gold Divines on 7 body or 199-200% depending on if it rounds up for 7 Purple.

That is awesome, that might be my next character. I have a wood elf stamblade i use for collecting but i use him for other things as well, so i cant alter him. I have been wanting to make a gatherer and this sounds perfect. I was hoping for something other than Bosmer as well.
