Does Burning Spellweave proc Combustion passive of DK?

Some say its burning effect does not proc Combustion (500 magicka return) as it is different than usual burning effect and they can stack, some say it does. I cant test it because i havent farmed the set yet. If it procs, i am going to farm it. I am thinking it as a sustain solution for MagDK in PvP. Thanks..
