Guild chat problems (delays, different order, disconecting)

Hello,
In last days, it happened several times and I didn't care much as it is small problem, but today it was quite anoying, so going to report it.
When we are communicating in the guild chat, it sometimes take like 30 seconds, before message is sent. If we write more messages, it also send them in different order than they were written. If someone send more messages in short period of time, game kicks him out and then "Account already logged in" for several additional minutes.
I have found out, this problem is happening only with guild chat. In party chat or "all" chat, messaging is instant.
Please, take a look on it. It's happening only sometimes, but in last few days, it's relative often.
