Xbox one x colours

Hi all, I've had a wierd problem over the last couple of days with eso on xox. I play on a Samsung 5k hdr TV, been fine since I started again in November time (was previously on pc) but all of a sudden there is no colour pop everything seems dull and washed out.
Ive checked the settings on xbox and is a green for 4k and hdr, and uhd is still set on the TV. I've just played fallen order and everything seems fine, I can't find anything in video options for this game other than brightness and screen size
Anyone know what the issue is?
