Body Markings on Khajiit

I recently changed my High Elf to a Cat and now that I received the daily rewards Elder Dragon Body Marks I realized this:





It is normal? is it a bug?

Nope. For Khajiit you can't have a body marking and a fur pattern applied at the same time. Fur patterns count as body markings, and you can only have one active.

My cat embarrasses me how it looks with body markings.

It's the same for argonians. Can't use markings with one of the scales or other skins. Goes back to default.

Yeah. ZOS made fur patterns part of body markings (which means you can switch them like all the markings if you buy the others) so as others said you can only have one body marking applied at a time. Would be nice if they changed that but who knows how it's coded so it could be really simple or really complex to do so.

It doesn't really matter because on 99% of chest and armour pieces you won't be able to see the body anyway.

It does mean having tattoos and body markings as rewards that are supposed to be 'billboards' is somewhat stupid.

Thats why I dont use body markings on my khajiit. They should be compatible in my opinion.
