Returning player, which edition to buy?

Hello! I am returning after a long break and the last expansion I bought was Summerset. I'm wanting to upgrade to the Greymoore (I want to Pre-order the collectors edition) but I'm not sure if I should get the Digital Collectors upgrade, or the Digital Collectors Edition (NON upgrade).
I figured I would do the pre-order since it comes with Elsewyre collectors as well, just not sure which to purchase
