Xbox bugs after update

Gonna have to report here since the in game tickets must have been disabled or something.
After the update, at least on Xbox eu, enemy health bars no longer display numbers/percentage despite having the option showing number/percentage switched on (tried switching all options off then on again, tried dashboard relog, tried everything I can think of)
Also timed buffs have lost their countdowns along the bottom of the screen (buffs still display just no timers)
I seriously hope these are just bugs cause if it’s intentional, ZoS you’re supposed to be making the game better not destroying the game.
