For at least the last 6 months, I have experienced locking/freezing load screens, game freezing and dashboarding while in PVP in Cyrodiil. I submitted the above ticket and got the “canned” response to reset my xbox, power cycle my xbox and uninstall/reinstall the game. I have done all of these things mentioned in the reply, multiple times to include the uninstall/reinstall. All with the same result; freezing and dashboarding 4-6 times per hour while PVPing.
My connection speeds are 300+ download and 12 upload with a wired connection. I play nearly every day with the same person, who has a way slower connection, and who has way fewer issues.
Please don’t tell me to contact xbox live for answers. These are ESO game problems. I wish I could afford to pay for you to come to Colorado to play the game on my console and experience my frustrations first-hand.
We all pay our money to enjoy a game we love to play. Please invest back to the community of console players and address and actively try to fix these problems.
If your heating in winter or A/C in summer went out, I guarantee you would not accept “Reset your system” or “ Try unplugging your system” to fix it. You would want someone qualified to troubleshoot your system and find and fix the problem so it works like it is supposed to.
Please do the same.
