Be playing their game of sending info back and forth to find out what is wrong with the game. Made a report of the PC as requested by them and done the repair they requested. Now, I can`t get them to acknowledge my e-mails.

    I question you trying to figure out this game when you've been on the forum for almost a year (you signed up to the forums April 2019). You already have three stars on the forums with over 100 comments. As a matter of fact, I seriously question your statement with the amount of knowledgeable detail in nearly all of your comments. Gear, mechanics, sewers, dps numbers, builds... gee. I see where you've fallen back on the "I don't know much" a few times, along with quite a bit of griping at the servers, connection, keyboard, quitting the game, etc. Perhaps the problem is an attitude problem. You know, we fellow players aren't as stupid as you seem to think we are. You actually have quite a few rants posts. ~~~Therefore,

    Now I see why players are quitting the game because of the lack of understanding. I`ve noticed that the players that have been on here for years think the noobs should have this game figured out all by them selves and when someone asked for help "ah here we go again" attitude. If you don`t want to help then don`t. I see ridiculing a player seems to be the forte now days therefor I will Ignore your help, just because i`ve been playing this game for 14 months doesn`t mean I know everything. Thanks for the attitude!

    @ZOS_BillE

    Can you please get someone to help this guy.

    Edit: BillE will likely not be on until tomorrow and I know BillE has been dealing with a backlog, trying to catch up. I tagged them because they are good at getting players help when needed.

    Good luck. I understand the frustration when our game is not working properly but some of those who posed in here are just trying to help.

    Sometimes you get a bit of lip (not on properly done help-seeking threads, but on vague ranty ones in general discussion it happens), but ultimately people are still trying to fix your problems. Don't let it get to you, but also understand that any forum in the past 10 years may be a bit dubious of you claiming to not know what a mod is. My apologies if you were genuinely not trolling. :p

    You also say 'emails' in your post, as in multiple. Do make sure not to keep responding to the ticket -- it resets your spot in queue. You basically wanna always answer once within the timeframe (4 days without response and it expires), and then leave it. Creating new tickets also won't do you any good.
    If you don't get responses for longer than that, you may have to respond again, but I fear it'll probably still send you to the end of the queue, so yeah.

    You can also still try telling us what the problem is. A lot of people here are probably capable of giving you advice as good as CS will (unless it's an advanced technical issue).

    K, see I didn`t know that either. Also I apologize to you as well, i`m just frustrated at the plagues of problems and having to change passwords often. The contact at eso support asked if I meet the system requirements and I exceed the recommended.

    Are you sure that was a proper CS agent, or was it just the automated response? The bot that scans your ticket to provide an answer isn't usually very helpful. I'm not sure why you'd have to change passwords either, that doesn't exactly seem like it would do much.

    What exactly is the error you're encountering in the first place?

    For months now i`ve been seeing the "account already logged in" popup and I did what everyone was suggesting on the forum. Keep logging in until you finally get logged in. So one day I decided to change my password and had no problems for about 2-3 weeks. When that occurred again I tried the "keep logging in" but then I thought try the password change. It works, so everytime that pops up I just change the password and i`m good for a 2-3 weeks. It`s getting tiresome and it makes me wonder if there is more to it. So, if you could shed some light on this. Could someone be on my account? That`s why I got eso support to look into logins if they can.

    its a common problem, and usually at peak times when servers are busy, it takes awhile (few mins in some cases) for the server to catch up, the other thing you may get every once in awhile is a "this computer is not authorised" that happens when your router changes your IP by 1 digit (as most do every 6mths or so)

    It won't hurt to have people look at it, but the chances of you getting any results on this topic are slim. This is in no way related to your account -- it's a very common bug right now that all of us get. Pretty much any person that has a disconnect/crash right now will get this error message. And half of people get it just on their first attempt to login for the day or even week. It's not something unique to you at all and until ZOS fixes the actual underlying issue, it probably won't be resolved for you.
    As you've found on the forums, just repeatedly trying to login usually does the trick. I also sometimes log into the other server region, as it usually triggers a logout for me on the server I wanted. Not always though.

    Meanwhile I can't get them to stop reopening one of my tickets just to reply to an already closed ticket that I've already closed due to them taking me out of context twice and it was going nowhere (why waste my time). What quality customer support we have.

    I did and thanks for the message also today went and sold some Moondancer items to a merchant because I didn`t want. Messed around about 5 minutes and those items showed up in my inventory again. Went to the same Merchant to see what was in the buy back tab and they were not there. Don`t know if it`s a problem but wanted to share, Thanks.
