Code Redemption?

So, apparently someone redeemed a code for a bat pet on my account.
I believe it's something we get from ESO automatically, but it's not been done this way before, so I just wanted to be sure this doesn't mean my account has been hacked (since my War Thunder account recently was, somehow).

The email is basically a receipt for a promotional item or items. The code is automatically applied to your account, and can be found in your Billing History.

it has been done before, but perhaps not for you.
this is the bat that was gifted to everyone because the live stream announcement hit a target of viewers. You qualified, by logging in within a time frame previously set, and killing a monster. you likely have done this without even knowing.

you will find, when you log in, that the bat is now available to set as a non-combat pet. enjoy

when you connect your account to twitch and watch the live streams (with drops enabled) you also will receive emails where crown crates have been redeemed on your account, and when you log in, the crates (or any other fancy prize you've received for watching) will be added to your account by magic.

it's not a scam and you haven't been hacked.

It was a global reward for the live stream reaching a certain number of viewers, and everyone who logged in and killed at least one monster in the following week received the bat pet.
